G'day everyone! I hope you're having a superb time with the weather as I am. 7-10 inches of snow- huzzah! Eh, not so much. It's cold, windy, and I honestly don't have the shoes for winter...except for clumpy boots that aren't for indoors, where I am for the majority of the day.
 
Well, there's always that one thing we look forward to every year. BOXING DAY!
 
Nah, I mean Christmas- duh! Oh and holiday break from school... But knowing most of my teachers, I'll probably get homework... But enough of that!
 
I have a choir concert on Thursday. I'm not particularly nervous, but I'm pissed that I wasn't eligible to get a solo since I was in the choir (there are more than one choirs in this) that had band AND choir so my choir didn't get as much practice time, therefore we were "unreliable" of knowing the lyrics. 0.-
 
Are you guys doing anything special before holiday break and/or New Years Day and/or Boxing Day?

You will need:
 
-A brush/comb
-An elastic
-Some bobby pins
-Hairspray (optional)
-Addition hair stuff (i.e. Spray to make your hair look glossy; optional)
 
1. Brush/comb out an tangles. Feel free to mist your hair before hand to keep the hair from having as many fly aways or put in texture stuff or shine spray...etc. Then divide your hair into three pieces, the two in the front being about 1-2 inches thick.
 
2. Take the two smaller sections of hair and take an elastic and twist around the two pieces of hair about 2-3 times depending on the largeness of the elastic. Before you run out of elastic, twist the hair not all the way, creating a little bubble.
 
3. Split the bubble in two. This will be the most obvious bow part.
 
4. Take half of the hair that is hanging under the split bubble and wrap it over and between the two sections of the split bubble.
 
5. Take a bobby pin(s) and pin the hair down to keep the bow look there.
 
6. If you have fly aways, take your hairspray and spray it over your hair and smooth them down. This not only takes care of those pesky hairs, but also helps maintain the bow.
 
Once you get it down, it's pretty easy to whip up early in the morning before school starts.

I hope everyone has a wondiferous Christmas this year! Hopefully, your weather can make up its mind where you are at. The climate is dreadfully cold one moment and then a lovely sunny day. I can't wait till I don't have to doubt whether or not I actually need a heavy jacket if outside is extremely cold in the morning. :)
